Congress Extends Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credits
On December 16, Congress passed a tax package that extended a number of energy efficiency tax credits. The credits included the $2,000 federal tax credit for builders who build energy efficient homes, as well as the tax credit for consumers who purchase qualified energy saving products.
