Before signing a contract for the sale of a single-family home, Sellers of Montgomery County, Maryland properties must provide Buyers with:
A. Information about home energy efficiency improvements, including the benefit of conducting a home energy audit.
Sellers are required to disclose to potential Buyers, prior to entering into a Contract, Information regarding Home energy efficiency, AND Copies of Electric, Gas and Home Heating Oil Bills OR cost and usage history for the home for the immediate prior 12 months.
