Fantastic Fall Friday Fotos
I'd like to share my fantastic Friday Fall Fotos with you. I was on my way back from delivering some paperwork and happened upon this as I passed by Lake Needwood in Derwood, MD. I took the time to enjoy and it made my day. They remind me of the poem by Joyce Kilmer.
TREES by Joyce Kilmer
I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the sweet earth's flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

Hi Barbara, The fotos are very beautiful and have such a peaceful feeling to them. We are enjoying the bright, crisp colors as well. Thanks for sharing, have a great weekend.
