Over the last six months, more inventory has come to market while the months’ supply of inventory available has dropped. This means that the demand for homes to buy is still very strong throughout the country!

The price of a home is usually the main issue when it sits on the market too long.  CMA's are a must and we try to do them with all of our listings to make sure the "price is right".  Great blog...thanks for sharing!
